Melissa comes to the wellness field with over 19 years of experience. She started out with training in Reiki, and then became a licensed Massage therapist. Wanting to be able to help people at a deeper level, she discovered Acupuncture and Chinese medicine. After becoming a patient herself, she quickly fell in love with this form of healing and knew it was her calling. Melissa went on to receive her Masters of Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrated Health where she studied for over 3 years.
Melissa is frequently described as compassionate and tranquil with an ability to create environments where her patients feel at ease. She treats most conditions, with an emphasis on emotional wellness and pain. She frequently incorporates her knowledge of bodywork into sessions, and her love of essential oils and stones.
“The most gratifying part of being an acupuncturist is watching people get better even if it is in ways they don’t realize at first. I enjoy seeing them grow, experience more ease in their symptoms, and make shifts in lifestyle and perceptions. It is a gift to be able to assist people in their healing journeys.”
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her family, relaxing with a good book, cooking an amazing meal, traveling, gardening and being outdoors.

Jill comes to the wellness field with almost 2 decades of experience!
“In my early career, I focused on myofascial release technique specializing in scar tissue and deep tissue sports massage. I myself was an athlete and a competitive marathon runner. I ended my running career in 2018 by finishing the original marathon in Athens Greece. I learned a stretching technique at that time which works great for runners and other types of athletes as well. I went on to study neuro-muscular therapy and in 2017 I began studying Shiatsu Shin Tai and became certified. Shin Tai is a much more subtle version of its parent modality Shiatsu. I found a love, and a foothold into the energetic healing world. After becoming a Reiki Master, I stumbled across a powerful healing practice under the Q’ero tribe from ancient Peru. One of the few shamanistic practices known for openly sharing their knowledge with outsiders. I trained in their version of shamanism called Munay-ki, which means universal love. I learned that energy is energy no matter the ritual. I have created a unique healing experience that integrates all the disciplines I’ve learned over time. I also offer lymphatic drainage massage and am comfortable crafting a massage that meets each individuals unique needs
